hi all,
just submitted my ITA (AOR July 9) with my job offer( expires July 2021). this job offer was used to get my work permit extended till July 2021 Just discovered that the job offer must be valid after PR approval!. if my boss gives me a new job offer from July 2021 till July 2022 (one year), but not mentioning in the job offer anything about the post PR period. will that be ok? or he must specifically address the post PR period.
Thank you,
pls advice.

The letter should say that your employer will continue to employ you for at least 1 year after you become a PR. IRCC is specifically looking for this statement.

Thank you for your reply.. my current boss will not do that. but another company is willing to hire me but then will have to change in my submitted ITA the Noc and employer data. maybe that is too much to change in the already submitted application.
i got the ITA during the middle of pandemic when the points were the lowest. seems i will loose it :((( PLEASE ADVICE
