I would appreciate if someone explained whether it is possible to find a job offer for example as a truck driver, get a nomination from a province which would give 600 additional points, and then immigrate through FSW without applying for a work permit?

What I need to find out is for example if a person previously asked for asylum in the US, didn't win his case and was asked to go back home. This would mean that getting a Canadian work permit would be impossible for him, right? And is there some way to get 600 points for a job offer or PNP programs for truck drivers that do not require to apply for a work permit? It looks a little bit confusing to me

Truck driver is a NOC C so not eligible for Express Entry - FSW. So no. Look at PNP programs that don’t require skilled workers. You not only need a job offer but a LMIA. The employer pays $1k and proves no Canadian or PR could be hired. Having a failed asylum case may cause issues with a work permit but you need to state it in your application.

1) So it means if I have experience as a truck driver, I can only immigrate through certain PNP programs, and in this case, I don't need a work permit.
2) But if I have experience for example as a welder, I can find a job offer in certain provinces, get 600 points from the province and immigrate through FSW as well. That's great because it broadens opportunities if I have a failed asylum case. And of course, I can always learn French B2 and get additional 60 points and use it for FSW.

3) Does a failed asylum case mean It will become impossible to get a visitor, student visa or it only makes it more difficult but still possible?

1. Research PNP programs and see if you are even eligible as a truck driver with proper licensing, job offer, if LMIA required, enough points etc.
2. You need to be eligible for Express Entry (education assessments, language tests) to enter the pool. Welding is a licensed profession so you need to be licensed to be eligible for the Federal Trade program and to get LMIA and job offer (most likely).

Yes getting any type of temporary permit will be very difficult given your previous asylum request.
