If I contact employer and he is ready to hire me in BC, then what formalities they have to do? Can I pay all fee on behalf of them?

I just want to make them sure that I will handle all immigration work at my end, so thay can hire me.

If they are asking for any money, then it's most likely a scam. Employer is required to pay all of the employer fees.

If they are offering free accommodations, food and/or flight tickets, then it's a scam.

If you got the job very easily without a real interview, then it's a scam.

Post the job offer letter here and we'll be able to tell you.
