Job offer is not in the list of qualified job for level 0, is it coounted??

Hello
Im about to apply and have few questions need to clear off before I do.

I will apply for level 0, all my experience is a restaurant manager. I will be able to get a job offer as an admin assistant and this job is not a qualified job in the list of NOC of level 0 its in the list of level B.

So im not sure if its is a qualified job and counted for 200 points if I get that job offer.

Jobs with 00 get 200 points. Everything else get 50 points. I have the same noc as yours and if I were to get a job offer, I'd get 50 point for 0631 but I don't have a job offer.
