Totally fake did you even look at the website also note the address belongs to a golf resort and they show some pictures unlikely to be where they say they are , this Gurtenburg hotel hotel does not exist

A hotel would not be using gmail plus if you look at the website you will find sections that are not in english in fact in latin accord Google , among other nonsense. I mean what does this nonsense sentence mean, maybe excusable with a spellcheck overlook but

A previous scam job offer for this 'hotel' based it in downtown Toronto in fact still in Toronto accord website

Scammers clone websites and set up their own to look convincing but leave a lot of the site they cloned, even this site has restaurant prices in euros not much use in Canada

Do not share copies any documents or pay any money as you will likely both lose the money and be subject to identity fraud.

The challenge really is that often nobody really knows in which country these scammers are based and like telephone scams they move on very quickly . Some can be based in India or certain African countries well known for all types of scam and some could be in Canada but actually locating them physically is the issue.

The common theme though is they all prey on people desparate to immigrate to Canada and yet most scammers are lazy in their approach in that they either write job offers with very bad grammar or totally unrealistic compensation plus they create websites cloned within previous few months from elsewhere but leave traces of the original in place such as for example one 'hotel' scam that had sea views in Calgary or palm trees in downtown Toronto.

To be honest people if they can use a computer and Google would usually determine whether an offer is a scam withinn a very short time with these clues plus if an offer looks too good to be ture then it generally always will be.

Unfortunately getting any money back is unlikely so can only move on and put down to experience for future applications
