Job offer from existing company but different location

I'm based out of India and working with a MNC. My company is having office in Canada (Toronto). Is it possible, that I can ask my HR (Canada one) to help me with a job letter to join there. Still being part of same company in India.
This will help in boosting my CRS.

Job Letter should have LMIA attached to it else you will not get CRS points.
