Job offer before PR possible or not?

Dear all,

Thanks all for your contribution here which are really help to many.

Quick question :- I've CRS 350 for NOC (1111 - Financial Accountants) and obviously waiting for PNP/Job offer. I understand from many blogs that Job offer is simply next to impossible before PR. However still some of the consultants are approaching for job assistance/assurance and i know they will make business out of us. But my question is 'Do we still have chance to appear for interview and get the job offer before PR (except for those who have some link with the companies/relatives). Are employer still look into the job bank/Job sites and trying to conduct interview over skype etc..? Please share the experience. Thanks

For accounting, forget job offer. There are thousands of accountants here already. No employer will extend you an offer overseas when they can employ the many people who are already here and save time, expense and their resources. That's the reality. Focus on provincial nomination, that's your best bet.
