Job Offer before completing the Landing formalities

I have received my PR visa and is expecting to move by next month.
Can any Canadian Company offer me a job while I am preparing for my initial landing and have not done it yet?

It is not against the law for a Canadian company to offer you a job but they would do this provided that you are able to land and get your PR.
