Hi,
I am wondering what should I be doing in a situation where I worked for a few months with various agencies in Toronto as General Labor.
In many cases, I quit the position without even informing the agency if I didn't like the job, how do I provide the reference letters now? (I live in Calgary now, been more than 3 years)

Don't list them in work history. After ITA you can put them in your personal history. No evidence is needed for this work.

Already got ITA, can I just remove them and add only to personal History?
If it doesn't get you any points, yes. Just explain in your LOE that you weren't able to obtain proof.

They didn't get me any points, can I change this on my application now that I've already got an ITA

General labour is an unskilled NOC. You should not include these positions in your profile, you will not get points, you do not need reference letters. You can remove them, the only thing you need to say in your LOE is that you have realized that the work experience was unskilled and not eligible.

Since the agency was your defacto employer - the only question is, did you have any skilled work for the agency? If not, you can leave this employer off your profile completely.

If you get an ITA and have to prepare the eAPR, you will have to identify the employer (the agency) in your personal history section only.
