The reference letter is an official document printed on company letterhead and must include your name, the company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company and a business card of the person signing the letter. The letter should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.

Cheers :)

I requested my HR to provide the PR reference letter now but they are telling wait to get the letter until ITA received because we need to give the PR reference letter with the current date to CIC, is that correct?

you would have to put the dates in regards to your experience and if you have enough experience up until today which you have mentioned in your EE file then its no issue.
for instance > if your 1 or 2 year experience that you mentioned in your file has been already completed before today then there is no issue you can get the reference letter today.

For 1 job letter, i dont have responsibilities on that letter but i have attached seperately the responsibilities taking out from the company portal.. is that fine?

It's not.

Either get a new letter or ask a former colleague to write your duties and responsibilities. People notarize the latter and include a LOE.

Cheers :)

can i just modify my job letter and put job responsibilities in that and convert to pdf..
will CIC come to know?
