Hi guys,
Got another query for you lot:
Since I am struggling to collect the reference letters from all my companies, I've decided to remove a number of them from the system instead
Here's what I have added so far:
2009/5 2010/7 Company A 40 hours/week (full time)
2012/4 2012/9 Company B 40 hours/week (full time)
2014/5 2014/11 Company C 40 hours/week (full time)
2015/4 2016/2 Company D 40 hours/week (full time)
All of that together obviously still doesn't equate to 3 years of work experience yet I am still getting the maximum score for work experience (its only been a few minutes since I've updated the system though so could it be that the score hasn't been re-calculated yet?)
I do have more experience like:
2011/10 2012/3 Company E 40 hours/week (full time)
But its highly unlikely this company will give me a reference letter so I am trying to avoid including it if I can (but I will if my points get subtracted by not including it)
Anybody able to clear up this situation for me?
Could it be the system simply hasn't recalculated my score with only 4 companies included or could it be that those 4 companies are enough for me to get maximum points?
