This one came up last week but unfortunately other than the person being offered a job internationally which made no sense in an accounts department they didn’t post any more information.

You have to ask why there are no engineers in the whole of Canada equally qualified, even where as a condition of an LMIA has this company has even advertised such vacancies in Canada.

The website is about as basic as one could get and hardly representative of a major corporation in the construction industry with only a workforce they say of 225 and 100 or so sub contractors. In fact if you click on some of the pictures the text attached is the text supplied by a web developer to suggest what the client should say about the picture.

Is it fake or not ? Difficult to say although personally looks less than genuine to me but that’s only my view but the moment they ask for any money then it is fake.

It's very obviously a scam. Employers never pay for accommodations and meals. The letter is also poorly written and is not in the standard format of a Canadian job offer letter.
