Hey Everyone,

I have a concern regarding my employment contract at my current work. When I firstly joined in I had only a month before getting my Master’s and my employers had no other choise but to put my high school degree on my employment contract instead.
The problem is that I haven’t changed it since because I forgot about it and didn’t think if there will be a problem with it or not. So my concern applies for the fact if will there be a rejection from CIC on the visa interview if they see that my high school diploma is put instead.
My NOC is 6221 Technical sales specialist – wholesale trade.

I can also ask my employer to write a good reference letter prior to applying as well. I was wondering if I should sign another contract with my Master’s degree, and if I do will my experience still count as skilled before signing another contract?
Thanks in advance.

contract is not a mandatory document. what matters is
1- the ECA for your master's degree
and 2- a job letter from the employer with job description matching your chosen NOC.

Yeah but, what if my employer put on the reference letter something like: "this job position requires our applicants and current employees to posses a bachelor's or master's degrees", and in the mean time the contract shows that the employment has been made prior to getting my Master's.

Makes no difference.

So technically the only thing that matters is my reference letter to be written well enough to support my NOC code with the day to day duties and responsibilities?
The other thing I was wondering is, does my employer send the reference letter to CIC or I am?

Yes.
Employer will give the letter to you and you will scan and upload it with your application.
