Job experience point of FSW2014

I have a working experience of 5 years and 4 months. In FSW program, there are two point classification strata.
4-5 years experience will get 13 points
6 or more years exp. will get 15 points
Please need a guidance whether i can add 15 points for my job experience or not.

No - you can't add 15 points for your job experience. Less than 6 years is 13 points.
