I'm applying under 2174, my 6 year experience is made up from 3 companies. Usually the companies don't give detailed reference, only that you worked for them and your salary. However they said in my case that if I draft my reference they will take a look and sign it.
My question is:
1. My duties have been the same at all 3 companies, so would it matter if all my 3 reference's had same duties outlined, or should I make all 3 slightly different?
