Hi .
I have worked for 3 companies ..my employers are not providing work reference letter ..in three companies I have worked at client place...would immigration accept the work reference letter if get them from clients on affidavit ??

Not accepted. It has to be from former employer.
In the absence if that, you can get a former colleague/supervisor to do the letter on company letterhead.
If they can't get the letterhead, then they can do it on plain paper and have it notarized.

Client won't do.

After getting it notarized, the chances of rejection automatically eliminates.. right?

I wouldn't say that, but it makes it a legally binding document and therefore more acceptable. Chances are they will not reject
 
Hi! I have kinda similar issue. I am unable to get a complete experience letter from my ex employer and non of the old colleagues work there nor I'am unable to get thru to them.
a) Would an exit/experience letter only mentioning joining and leaving date with designation, on the company letterhead do?
b) would a reference letter from ex colleague (who has also changed workplace) on complete format do?

a) NO.
b) Perhaps if the ex colleague can provide further evidence that they worked for the same company at that time (with work contract etc, and then say that they supervised you etc...and the other content as per required format.

My ex colleagues could provide me reference letter with job duties but even they have left the company, what extra proof should i include

so that job duties affidavit is acceptable?
