Job duties match more than 1 NOC codes

Hi,
My job responsibilities match more than one NOC codes.Should I write both of them ?
What if my job title s NOT present in the specific NOC code titles list , but my job responsibilities are the same for tht NOC code.Should I write a title to which I m designated in my company and that does not exist in the NOC list Or that title which s present in the list and closely matches my responsibilities?
Plz explain.

Match the responsibilities/job-duties; and NOT the title.
Use the NOC that corresponds to the duties you are performing.
