I was wondering, while getting my experience letter from the company for PR application purposes. How am I supposed to jot down my duties on the letter to make it match 60% (preferably 75%) to whats written under my NOC code.
Do i just have to change the sentence form and use synonyms to make it look unidentical?
For instance, NOC says "Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages"
Can my letter instead say "Answering customer’s calls and directing them towards appropriate respondent" which is more relevant to what I do.
Or else, please advise how is it supposed to be?
