can anyone please help me with my job letter, i not sure if this is noc b or should i ask my employer to make more changes
He worked on a full-time, permanent basis of 84 hours bi-weekly and earned a salary of $— per hour, less applicable deductions.
The duties as a Machine/Crane Operator include but are not limited to are as follows:
• Operate overhead bridge crane safely
• Use crane to lift and move products
• Perform pre-operational crane inspections
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized and safe from any hazards
• Provide on the job training
• Investigate, read, and understand all work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow human resources, environmental health and safety, and Pliteq policies
• Complete “hand-off” to the subsequent shift, with a focus on production concerns, crucial work instructions, and communication
• Report production activities in the ERP system
• Place products into designated inventory bins both physically as well as in NetSuite software
• Work as a team to achieve production, quality and safety goals
• Review products for quality and conformance standards and reporting issues to supervisor
• Operate production equipment including; mixers, production presses, cylinder press, peeling machines, rewinding machines, convoluters, laminators, regrind and screening line
• All other duties as required
• Ensure the efficiency of the machine by organizing and disseminating expectations for production and
