Job Change and few questions

Hello Experts,

I needed your help, Im currently employed by an investment firm . I had applied for the fsw in the same this time but looking at the current scenario , im kinda sure my chances are kaput but nevertheless Im waiting for the fsw to open up next year. So heres my few questions:

Firstly , If I change my employer by the time the next round of fsw is announced , do I still need a certificate from my current employer. Till what time am I supposed to provide the documents from previous employer,as I pretty sure once I leave this firm . They wont provide from any letter in future . I have the letter they issued when I was applying this time . Can I use the same letter then and if not then can my appointment letter and my pay stubs to prove my employment .

Secondly , Do i need to order a new ECA report whenever I apply . I am sure that I dont need to take the same steps again of askin the unis to deliver my documents but is a ECA report required everytime I apply .

Thirdly , I had took police certi from India but as international polic certis take time to arrive . I had applied but will be submitting in case further document are demanded from the CIC but the question is kinda similar , Do I need to get a new set of police certificates as mine were issued in June this year. so taking the time frame they are mostly valid for 1 year. So next time if I am applying for FSW which would be some where around may'ish , can I use the same certis.

I understand these are some big questions. But a explanation around the same would be highly highly highly appreciated as I tried to get some answers from the consultants but they always said they pay our fees then we will do the talking and frankly I dont have that kinda of money to spend on them ryt now.

This would not be an ideal situation, if your job description is not clear and you have not been working for a well known company. At least get a letter from your boss or co-worker detailing your job description, should be included in addition to the documents mentioned by you above. Secondly you are supposed to provide a letter from all your previous employers.

Validity of your Police Certificate should be mentioned on the letter. Please note the police certificate needs to be valid through out your application process and not just at the time you apply. I was asked for a new one 3 times for me and my wife. Other members on this forum have had more requests. You do not need new ones for countries you have already left, however updated clearance will be asked for where you are living during the application process. As you mentioned your certificate expires in June and you will be applying in May, this will certainly require new certificates before you apply. 1) Job referance letter: You need to prove your total duration at each employer (so better you took ref. letter at the time of leaving the company)
2) ECA is valid so you do not need to apply again
3) PCC is valid for 3/6 months form date of issue (you must need fresh one at the time of application)
