Job Banks lack of specificity and LMIA

Will the person reviewing the LMIA application understand that job bank doesnt let my employer write his own specific needs for the job at hand?

Example, supervisor of irrigation installers isnt listed anywhere and nowhere on the drop down subsections of more broad categories!

what do we do?
