This statement often confuses me as how am I to get a job offer if most employers have this statement:
INTENDED
Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job. If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, the employer will not consider your job application

It's next to impossible to find an employer willing to go through the process of getting an LMIA and waiting 4-6+ months for an employee unless that employee is very highly skilled and hard to find in the country.

Places that will go through LMIA processes are either asking for a kickback or are sketchy operators. LMIAs offered wildly on the internet are generally fake.

You need to be authorized to work in Canada before applying for the job.
