I have a problem with the Job bank account registration. I got my ITA with my application profile number and Job validation code. When I m trying to create an account its giving me a unusual error
"Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information."
I tried adding the details multiple times but no go. Is anyone faced the same issue. I have checked other threads here but didnt find the same problem been faced by others. Is there a way I can get hold of any customer service if available. Help will be much appreciated.
