As you guys know, the NOC codes have changed. I am confused which NOC code to use in my case. I am Java developer with more than 10 years of experience. The NOC code that was used for work permit application was 2174. But I can't use this any more. Based on my research, I found 2 codes that are close to me 21232, 21234. My designation is Sr software engineer. Anybody in the same boat, please suggest.
21232 - Software developers and programmers
21234 - Web developers and programmers

I have decided to go with 21230 as this is the equivalent code for 2174(this code was used for my work permit)

Hi wanted to know can a person have multiple NOC codes for multiple jobs he has had done in the past ? I currently am working as a Technical Support Engineer with Dell in a NOC 21222 code, previously I was in User Support Technician 22221 and Process Analyst 21221.

So, I need to input all my work experience against these jobs I've performed ?

Appreciate your prompt response.

Hi @pk1122

I am also a Java Developer with more than 10 years experience, and I am about to submit my PR application.

Can you please confirm if 21230 worked for you?

Also, how can I know what NOC code was used in my Work Permit.

Thanks
