January Applicants waiting for (DM) Decision Made or (PPR)Passport Request

It seems that some January applicants received PPR today. (Saturday!)
I believe the rest of us should be getting it by this week.

Yea. I contacted MP, they said that they left a voicemail to CIC. They'll let me know once they get reply back from CIC.

I spoke with CIC and your PR application is still in processing. Currently it is awaiting its pending security review. It is still within the published processing times for PR application.


I dont know what security review is. Does anyone have any idea?

MP= Member of parliament.
You will have to contact your local MP. Just google local MP in your area or they often send some campaign stuff in your mail box. on that booklet for their campaign/advertisement, they will have their contact info.

I tried contacting them but they were not helpful at all. All they said was standard processing time is 17 months but you can give it a try. It has worked for some other people.
