From the time of getting ITA you have 90 days to submit your application. (this timing you can influence)
After you will get AOR where they promiss 80% of applications to be served within 6 months (here you cannot influence the timing much).
Once you get stamps in your passport it is up to you when you will do your first landing.
Only condition is for medical to be still valid.
So you will land within a year from your medical passed.

For you medicals, be ready for the eye test (they will also use eye drops to widen your pupil). I do not recommend to drive the car for those test (eyesight is a bit fuzzy like for 2 to 3 hours after those drops are used).

Hi.. my brother also got ITA today. But he has vision in only one eye. He lost his vision of other eye in childhood. Will it be a problem for him.

I have 473 points, still waiting for ITA.

My question is, I have already submitted a PR application through SINP(PNP), for which I got the file number recently. Do I have to withdraw it before I proceed further with Express Entry? What you guys suggest, when should I withdraw it?
