Hello I m confused here..on GC key it says for PA eligibility in process back ground check not yet started.
On tracker it says background check in process and eligibility not started..which one to consider?
Note: médicale passed on June 19 th.

Hello People, any idea how long the eligibility check goes like an approximate time frame. Mine is in the eligibility "in progress" phase, it was updated on Jul 5. Any idea on how soon I can expect the decision or does it depend on each case.

• Medicals Done: 28 March 2023
• Background check: In progress
• Eligibility Processing: Not yet started
• Visa Office: Sydney

I see a lot of applications submitted after 1st Jan has received PPR. But my application is still stuck on background check for the past 3.5 months. Not sure why is there so much of a delay!!

First TRV refused : reason, not satisfied the applicant will return after visa expires (applied through GC Key).
New TRV application Submitted July 14th.
Medical Requested July 20. No change on PR tracker
Timeline in signature.

Took them 43 days to reply for my first TRV (details in signature). since you done Medicals, I believe it's not going to take long now.

seems like India VO is slowing down, I do not see any progress. Did any of you from India VO got any recent update or is ter any kinda movement in your application.
