It really depends on everyone, we don't have a firm answer.

Hi Anju, in our case also the PA is from Australia and our file is actually in Sydney, Australia not Sydney NS. And as far as the background verification is concerned it will be conducted in every country you have lived in in the past 10 years.

was jan 28 the date you applied or is it the date ircc received your application? reason why i am asking is because these 2 dates are different.
for my application, i applied in Sep 2022 but ircc only received it in Jan 2023, then aor was received in Feb 2023
