Hello ,
I did my medicals in the first week of May , Visa Office NDVO. My ECAS status last updated line was " Medicals HAVE BEEN RECIEVED" , today when I checked the ECAS status it shows an additional line added which states " We sent you a correspondence...." . My status is still showing ' IN PROCESS" , can anybody let me know what this correspondence could be , my case has been applied through an immigration agent but I haven't heard anything from them yet.

You need to log into the GCKey area to find out what the correspondence says.

Sign in to your IRCC secure account - Canada.ca

Does it say we sent you a correspondence acknowledging receipt...? If yes, that's (in a way) called AOR 2 or in another way your file has been received by your local visa office

JANUARY 31 ONLINE APPLICATION SENT AND RECEIVED

APRIL 12 AOR
MAY 2 BIOMETRICS REQUEST
MAY 3 MEDICAL EXAM REQUEST
MAY 3 ELIGIBILITY COMPLETE
MAY 19 MEDICAL EXAM COMPLETE
JUNE 7 2ND REQUEST FOR BIOMETRICS PAYMENT (I sent my payment via web form the same day I got the request but it took almost 2 months for them to get to it)
JUNE 30 BIOMETRICS COLLECTION LETTER RECEIVED
JULY 1 PRE ARRIVAL LETTER
JULY 5 BIOMETRICS COMPLETE
JULY 5 BACKGROUND CHECK COMPLETED
SEPTEMBER 13 PASSPORT REQUEST
SEPTEMBER 21 PASSPORT PACKAGE SENT
SEPTEMBER 28 COPR AND PASSPORT RECEIVED BACK
