On the PR tracker, at the top you will see when they last updated it. If the date is recent but there are no changes to the status, that would be a ghost update.

People are saying that online applications will not have access to ECAS - this is true for us.

Regarding ghost updates, could u tell me what does it mean?
Does it mean they work on the application?

If your sponsor letter does not say "application forwarded to xxxxx office for processing" then your VO will be Ottawa.

Hi Friends,

I applied on Jan 28 (Online) and on my SA, they mentioned that the application was forwarded to Ankara's VO office on May 2nd.

I haven't received any updates since then.

I'm just thinking to request GCMS notes....if I do this, do I need to apply on behalf applicant? or the sponsor?
please advised

Are you Iranian by any chance? I am the sponsor and my husband I am in the process of sponsoring is Iranian and his application was sent to Anqara.

Have you finished your Biometrics and Medical? If you do go ahead and order your GCMS notes, give us an update.

Has anyone received their pre arrivial letter or gotten their COPR? I applied on January 26, 2022 and I am still waiting.
