this makes sense someone misled me to believe i have to take classes and i did not believe so, just starting to prepare the application and i thought i will ask, thank you for clarifying

We applied together on January 21, my mom cases is: AOR: MArch 01, Back ground verification: September 13, Physical Presence and Prohibition :November 03 ,and nothing since then. I have them same timeline with her except I completed the test on Oct 13.

Below are the proof of language you can use:
Item 1 is common, just go back to your PR application and get a copy of the

1. IELTS/CELPIP general training you used when you applied for your PR. Expired are also accepted.
Step 2 Language


2. If you studied in or outside Canada and medium of instruction is in English or French, secondary or post secondary, you can use the diploma/transcript as proof of language.

if studied outside Canada, its easier to prove medium of instruction if that country use English (ie USA, UK) or French (i.e France) as their local language.

Step 1 Language

3. Certificate of you attend class: LINC - Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada

Step 3

There are other steps if these 3 are not applicable to you. You just follow Step 3.

A week before your oath date, you should receive an email with all the details (virtual/in-person)

Finally got all stages approved, and the tracker shows oath ceremony scheduled for Feb 07, 2023. I haven't received any email yet though.
