IRCC employees are very bad. The timing was 12 months when we submitted our application. Why paper applications having fucking fast processing?

I assume they would get to online only when they finish every single paper application. We just have to wait a few years.

I have nothing against paper applicants, just frustrating to realise IRCC doesn’t understand first in first out principle. I understand delays but surely not this.
