Did you get an email without it showing up on the online tracker, to submit color copies of your passports even though you would have done so with the applications?
Thank you @DMyrie. Good question. First, the status updated in the online tracker stating you're invited to appear for oath. And then in next two days, I received email with details (and a doc) on how to appear for online aoth ceremony. At this point, they've not asked (in the email or the doc) to submit color copies of my origin passport.
BTW, I highly recommend that you put 4 pages of the passport on one side. If you put just two passport page on one side (and if you've multiple passports for reach family member), it generally tends to get overwhelming.
During my paper application, each of my passport scan comprised of two sides (laying like a flat bed). Then open ms powerpoint and search for photo album. Then select all them scanned images -> select show two scans per page. Update background to white. And then save or publish as PDF! There you go.

Hard to say. One thing for sure, paper applications are moving faster than the online ones. It also depends on your province and the office handling your application. You can check the Google sheet for tracking applications from other months. It was shared a couple of pages back. GL.
Online applications are moving very slow. Folks who submitted online applications in November are getting test invites these days. So, if the trend continues, you can expect to get test invite in a couple of months.
I am not exactly sure how to access e-cas. I tried making my account there but was unable to do so.
But apparently the new tracker is the one that's supposed to be current. However, I have also seen people finding different sets of info on tracker compared to e-cas. Especially towards the decision made part.

I can see some progress here...that's promising.
I submitted initially my paper application in January, but I had to send some additional documents for my 2 minor children.
I received my AOR on June 20, 2022. Everything is In Progress since than....so let's wait together.
