Are there applicants who applied Online in January that have their Language skills, Physical presence, Prohibitions, Background verification Completed?

I applied on January 19, and the status on all above still shows In Progress. The last update was May 04.

YES, mine showing the same ... I spoke to their customer service. they admitted that they are currently swamped in and almost 6-7 months lagged on online applications and 2-3 months for their web form enquiry. what doesn't make any sense was they claiming that online applications are faster than the paper ones but clearly they are not. by the speed ,they are going , i am not expecting anything before 2024.

As I mentioned earlier my wife and I received our citizenship test invite on May 20 and our test window was May 27-June 16
I took up the test on June 1 and my wife took her test today
Both of us passed the test and my status was updated to completed today

Could you please update the tracker with this information please

Application Returned: June 25, 2022 ( Submitted PR card as one ID for my son, the entire family application package was returned and I submitted his health card as an additional ID including a medical bill)
Application resubmitted: July 4th, 2022
AOR Received: July 14th 2022
BG Completed :

The only other question I had is that I am unable to track the application as it says the UCI number or application number is not recognized. I got the AOR about an hour ago. I will try again in a few days to track this online
