I submitted my driver’s license as my ID when I applied in January and it expired this month. I think it should still be okay, but do you guys think I should submit the webform or something to provide my renewed ID?

If it was valid by the submition time/AOR time, don't send them anything, otherwise I beleive this will add some delay to your application processing time.

If an applicant got the AOR, it's wise to settle down until they send him further requests, unless you notice a serious incorrect in your application.

My citizenship tracker says everything is completed on 30th June except oath but old tracker ecas still in progress usually people get decision made at the same time. Anyone having idea?

When your scheduled for oath it changes to DECISION MADE I think

Usually people get dm after the tracker got updated to completed in all section except oath that’s what I have seen with most of the applications. Still might b bcoz of canada day holiday they haven’t updated so I will wait one more day.
