Hello - I have a question and hoping that you guys can help with the answer: I applied for Family Citizenship for my parents and I've received the AOR letter through email with only my mom's name on the email. Now I have received another letter through mail with my father's name on it. The letters have different UCI and Application number from the first letter. Should I check the status of each separately? Yes, it's normal cause every person has unique UCI number and application number. Don't worry about that and no need to contact them. Check status separetelly for each person. Good luck!
