I have applied PR with ONIP
today I see an update on portal and it is "Invitation to Pre arrival instructions" letter what does it mean.

Just wanting to clarify - did you send your medical AFTER getting AOR via webform, but before getting a medical request from IRCC? And they linked it to your account? i.e. IRCC didn't ask you to do medical, you did it yourself but submitted it "mid way" in your application?

Is your application Paper based? I suppose its PNP but via EE
 
When i log in on my ecas from
In proccess
Today it shows application received
And ive already given medicals and they are passed
Seems strange to go from in proccess to application received
Seems like is going back in time

It means ur application moved to other visa office for further process, it will be changed to IN Process once agent will start working on it.
