In Express Entry you have to do it upfront now, but for PNP - unless you did upfront - they usually send it at the same time or a few weeks after AOR.
My application is PNP and I did not send them upfront, but I received my AOR 2.5 months ago and still waiting for MR from them

When did you apply?

I applied in March 2022 and keep track of many people in the same boat. Many received AOR in recent weeks but no MR (myself included, AOR October 3) Check here to get an idea of when people tend to get it: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1U00ooiZO57vNqjpgsTvhciDdiffcozBk8os9T_zkXVg/edit#gid=0

It's safe to say that the quicker you get AOR, the longer you'll wait for MR. They can and will take their time in getting docs from you and keeping you waiting, because, they can.

My AR was 29th March 2022, and no AOR yet. Meanwhile some April 2022 in this forum got AOR already, not sure IRCC follows queue systems again.

IRCC do not follow a queue system for Non-EE PNP. They don't disclose what they do. I don't know, maybe they prioritize inland PNP whose permits are expiring but I'm not sure. There are a inland couple of people who applied this year and got PR in 150-200 days, and they're from India. Not the easiest place to do a background check from. Maybe they also prioritize by province, so places like NB seem to getting quicker processing.

The system followed by IRCC is a true mystery: we can only gaze at the stars and wonder...

Hello guys,
Actually i have 2 inquiries:

1. IRCC have requested from me as ADR employment letter stating that I work in canada or have a job offer... (I sent them that this is not applicable in my case.. i attached the PNP received from SINP under OID where job offer is N/A and also i attached a new employement letter from my country .. did any1 receive such weird request?

2. What comes after medical request for outlander? Do we receive PAL or it is only for inland?
i also have same ADR.
can you please sahre what you replied for job offer from canada?

please help. IRCC has requested from me an ADR of a current job offer from a Canadian employer, while in actual I am an outlander and my PNP nonEE is not job based and neither i APPLIED WITH JOB NOR I HAVE ANY. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

Hello - I wonder whether IRCC officers are sending out generic request letters without paying attention to the individual requirements of the PNP stream. Sorry, I don't have a helpful response since my application has not progressed to the ADR stage. If possible, seek advice from an immigration lawyer on how to respond.

Because I moved outside of Canada, I cannot use the PR portal and I am waiting for the new instruction on how to proceed.
I had sent multiple webforms to keep IRCC updated about my residence address though.

Don't understand why they made you wait 2+ months after your 14 August ADR. Anyway, congrats. You've basically been approved, but likely will be waiting a few weeks more for COPR.
