I got my second portal email. Created my account. There is just my last name and no first name in the portal. For my other dependent, all is good. I submitted all info and docs needed. Any experience for not having first name in the portal? Do I need to do anything?
Why is it impossible to speak to an lrcc agent over the phone? I have been calling them for more than 2 days and never gone through. When l press 0, they simply hang up. Yesterday, after many times, l could register my number for a call back since the waiting time was 110 minutes. They never called me back!
because they are taking 2000+call per min and they only have 50 or even less employee to pick up the phone call

Received Ecopr on May 30 2022 and PR card on 20th June 2022 … !!

Hi all, most of people had biometry before so they don't need to do again. As I didn't do it before, I had to do for my PR process. I did it 15 days ago. Is there someone who did the biometry and still waiting for the next step? Any idea how long it will take? regards
It seems like they have a backlog for both Medical and Biometrics. For me it was same day date for Biometrics but the medical is taking forever.. i'm still waiting.. Did medical on April 2, and received confirmation email that they forwarded it to the responsible office on May 21. Then still no update.
Hello Guys how i will know if my application recieve by IRCC? Because ill already send my application by paper base and I'll track in xpress canada post and it seing that my documents its already delivered in IRCC Sydeny NS. But the IRCC ddnt send me any email to confirm that my documents receive?
