My application changed from "in process" to "application received". Is that means my file has been transferred to local office? Anyone know why? Will my application take longer?

Its not mandatory for inlanders applicants, this may cause little bit delay, but outlanders applications move to their home VO

You will probably get a ghost update tomorrow and move to DM in ECAS tomorrow sometime. You should get portal a day or two after DM. Then it can be same day or a few days for portal credentials.
