January 2020 Spouse Sponsorship - COVID-19

Hello everyone,
I'm a Canadian currently living outside of Canada, I sponsored my wife back in January 2020 (She's a Jordanian National), and I got approved as a sponsor about 2 weeks later, a little while after that she was asked to do her biometrics and medical exam, she did the medical exam in early March, and now the status says "Medical results received". It has been like that since then and we didn't get any updates since. I was wondering if IRCC is currently working on these applications or not during COVID-19? Her application is being processed at the London Visa Office, what would be the next step after the medical exam?

They are working on applications just at a slower pace due to COVID-19. It's normal not to hear updates for extended periods of time. Hopefully you'll have a decision within a year of applying or sooner.
