Hey i have almost same timeline as you and yes i did apply under new public policy .
No timeline for that bro. You can even get PR portal email in a minute as well or in 2-3 months as well. I got PAL on june24 no update after that and few of my friends got PR portal email after 2 days of PAL.

I thought Calgary is fast based on some people sharing their timeline but I guess not for us
