I thought you can not move to another province if it is PNP.

wdym, u already have the PR which means u are a free soul now, u can go anywhere in the country. U can't travel if you are still in the nomination stage, but once u received copr which is the confirmation of PR card, u can choose to live, travel or study anywhere in canada
