I would advise you to go with a test result that is valid. If it is the other way, IRCC most probably return your application. You can check about the same in the following link.

Thank you for your response. Here is the details of my situation; I.was nominated by manitoba province (employer sponsored-overseas skilled worker category) with work permit support letter. I applied for work permit to enter Canada which was granted. I am now in Manitoba with a closed work permit. I am now ready to submit my pr application but my ielts is 2yrs. My confusion is that the paper based pr document checklist on talk about Noc skill level C and D, but my noc is skill level B. Thank you for your time

Also, how to check the current application status and when (time duration) to expect the next communication for CIC and will that be to give the Biometrics or for the Medicals?

I am really depressed from IRCC performance even before Corona Virus Crises. Could I apply in the online express entry and neglect this paper application, after I applied? I don't know why the nomination office asked me to apply a paper base application and they know it takes so much time! from my follow up to this group and other ones, I think going for nomination is the hardest approach to get a PR. I am really so depressed.

You have to follow as per the instructions in nomination letter.
