I passed my exam last May 2, and Decision made last july 13. Still no update on the oath. I was wondering if I should follow up now with CIC here in Winnipeg?

Folks, update my status - Oath Letter Date - September 9, 2021
Yours and mine timeline is exactly same. Only difference is I got AOR in March 2020. Oath on same day as well.

I think they could actually delay your application because you need to provide more documents. In which step your file at now?

How does getting married or having a child can possibly speed up your application ?? Non-sense, plus IRCC only considers your profile as of the day you sign the Citizenship application, any information beyond that is useless.

Have a question - I saw a bunch of people were not sure where to get "Paper File Number" and "Seat Number". Did you have such a problem? If so can you tell how you resolved it? Or it was already prepopulated within oath invite email?
Update - got my oath letter in email today . Scheduled for Sep 24
