Good info. This is the case for US and canadian citizens. For foreign nationals they do collect entry/exit information prior to these dates.

The ATIP travel history report I received from CBSA last year, has every crossing that was done across the land border on both directions.
Yes me too could see all land border crossing entry and exit since 2016 in the cbp report. So surely they are collecting non-USCanadian citizens' exit information. Both cbsa and cbp are sharing the exits.

Surprised to see that they havent been collecting for the last 10-20 years of this internet era.
https://www.cicnews.com/2020/07/cbsa-now-collecting-basic-information-of-air-travellers-0714898.html#gs.59fqme
"As of June 25, commercial air carriers must provide the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Airlines are expected to be fully phased into the program by June 2021.
Canada and the U.S. have been exchanging biographic entry information on all travellers at the land border since July 11, 2019."

https://www.canada.ca/en/border-services-agency/news/2018/12/entryexit-initiative.html
"Currently, Canada and the U.S. exchange biographic entry information on third-country nationals and permanent residents, so that entry into one country serves as an exit record from the other. Canada also shares with the U.S. biographic entry information on U.S. citizens and nationals. "
Good Information. That's why I lot of people have been asked to provide copies of all pages of their passport/travel document to see entry/exit stamps.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum but I feel I had to come on here given my situation.
I initially sent my application on Jan 26th 2019. No response for 5 months. Called IRCC and they said they returned application 2 months back because of some documentation error.

Sent application again in September and they received in on Jan 3rd 2020.
Status shows in progress.
I got the citizenship test invite on Feb 8th 2021. I have the test on Feb 22nd 2021. I have only received my temporary results.

I have received no response since then. I called IRCC today and they said the test results have not been confirmed yet and there is no time frame.

Can you guys advise me what I should do? Is this normal? Anyone else on the same boat?
I saw the spreadsheet and got a mini heartattack with the time frames.

Please guide me, I'm a single guy and doing this on my own.

Thanks in advance :)

Test results not being confirmed for over 4.5 months appears to be out of the ordinary. Generally, it only takes a couple of days but could take something like 25 days or so for some applicants (and that is considered late).

Have you ordered GCMS notes yet?

Yes, the spreadsheet is certainly a heart-attack inducing document :) . Mid-Late 2019 and certain early 2020 applicants are amongst the unluckiest batch of citizenship applicants. Their applications have been delayed for such a long time. :-(

I'm not sure what else to suggest other than to order GCMS notes and see WTH is going on with your application.
