ECAS and new tracker both gets updated only in the morning 6.30 -7am EST. I believe there is daily batch process scheduled for this website update. But email - you can get it anytime.

I submitted my FP to RCMP accredited agency in Ottawa. RCMP sent me the FP result and I mailed it out using express mail to the IRCC Vancouver office last week. Its already been delivered. In your experience how long does it take for them to update the status to received?

It can be extremely frustrating. And you cannot judge it off some one else's experience.

With IRCC (since the pandemic) I always expect the worst case outcome. That said, I am not expecting the status to change for at least 2-3 months now.
