Hi all,

Have a quick question.

I recently moved so my current address has been changed. However, I used different mailing address since I knew I might have to move. So that, mailing address can stay same. (I am the sponsor)

I saw an option in ECAS where it shows I can change my ‘current address’. Should I change? If so, is there any negative effect on the application at all?

Any experience sharing will be much appreciated.

What is AOR2?
I got a file transfer but haven’t been requested medical examination yet.

Finally! The NOT SO LONG WAIT is over :) We just got our PPR today!

TIMELINE:
Application Received: January 18, 2019
AOR1: March 6, 2019
Sponsor Approval: March 6, 2019
Medical Request: March 6, 2019
File transferred to CPC-M: March 19, 2019
Biometrics instruction: April 9, 2019
Ghost update: May 12, 2019
Decision Made: May 12, 2019
Passport Request: May 13, 2019

NO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WAS REQUIRED.

IN OUR PASSPORT REQUEST, IT ALSO COMES WITH THE PRE-ARRIVAL LETTER ON IT AND THE APPENDIX B. THE APPENDIX B(IS NEEDED TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE PASSPORT, 2PHOTOS AND THE PASSPORT REQUEST LETTER BY ITSELF.

NOTE: If your file has been transferred to CPC-M, they don't usually send any AOR2. You will just have an email regarding being transferred to them. And consider that as AOR2 :)

GOODLUCK EVERYONE!
