finally after 5 hrs straight i compiled everything and uploaded to cic website.

Just an update if you guys are not aware there is a 3rd way to upload documents:
log in go cic go to ur application, just above the biometrics details there is a link to check submitted documents and upload new documents. when i clicked on it it showed me 2 request fields. 1 for birth certificate and another for additional relation proof thingy.

birth certificate file was 4 pages and around 1.5 mb.
additional proof was 51 pages (f yeah) and 3.6 mb.. had to do lot of compression.. but finally done.. now instead of saying "Your action required" under application status it says "submitted". Although status for additional documents still says review required. but that will change once they review the file i uploaded.

plus on top of this i also sent them an email with both the attachments.

Hi @Carolcarolsauce, just wanted to let you know the result of our call to Dr. Pardo's office. They said their system (or CIC's or both) were down for several days and they finally got my husband's medical tests, etc. uploaded yesterday, Apr. 1st - 11 days after dr. appt. So let's hope things move along now. I noticed your appt. (Mar. 15) was prior to his (Mar. 21) so not sure if this would have affected your info or not.

Still nothing on the medical request name change for step daughter. Hope you are hanging in there!

I see some of the applicants are being requested to submit more documents. Lets see if they ask me anything. I mostly submitted everything with the original application:
- Birth certificate along with grade 10th marksheet
- Wedding, honeymoon pictures
- Pictures from our school days (we were childhood friends)
- My boarding passes whenever I visited my spouse
- Couple of letters from our best friends
- Beneficiary proof on life insurance

I hope this much will be enough for them. Lets see, fingers crossed.

That's great.
If possible can you tell, in your case the birth registration date was 2 months difference or the certificate issue date. I found in my case the registration date was after 20 days and issue date after 4 months. Just for my peace of mind.

Me too hoping, they accept ours. I have not given the marksheet though.

As per tracker, other than me, there are 4 more members who have passed medicals - biometric request not received and file transfer email not received. Just bit worried, I have still not received file transfer update.

I also submitted documents through CIC. 63 pages and compress file to 3.1 MB. I think documents are readable. Thats the best I can do with readable documents.

Only question is documents ask from PA when I submitted CIC I sign My name Sponsor. Hope that's okay.

Mine says "Documents submitted by the client" I did not notice before where it says "your action required"

and "Review of additional documents - We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details"

Is it same for you?

We are still waiting for biometrics too :( We were transferred to Paris and looking at other people there, hardly anyone has done biometrics and have been waiting over 4+ months for any news... I wish this process was more linear in terms of what to expect next etc. :( But hang in there! I hope you get transferred soon and hear good news! Maybe you will get CPC-M!! :D
