January 2018 AOR

Hi everyone,
My AOR was 6th Jan
Meds passed on 19th or 20th Jan
My background check went from NA to "your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" on 24th Jan (which i think was NBG status?)
Stayed like that for a day and then again changed back to NA on 25th Jan.
Did not change after that. Can some senior members please elaborate what it means?

Hi Guys,
I got my UCI and in IP1 on 01 Feb however medical shows "if you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you"

Also, application status read "Your action is required" without having any requested documents from CIC.

Any clue about the above 2 points?

Medical passed: Jan 16 which I did upfront on Jan 3
IP1: Jan 16
Background check: NA Jan 18
IP2: Feb 5
PPR: Feb 6

Hello.. I received my AOR last 24 Jan, any idea when I will received my medical request? I am a PNP Outland applicant residing in Dubai.

I have applied for work permit online as well last Nov since I have employer support but until now its still on process..

Both applications are on waiting game.. Any timeline for either visas?

I got my ITA on 6 Dec, AOR on 6 Jan and cleared medicals on 28 Jan. The status now is:
Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help - Review of eligibility
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam. Help - Review of medical results
Review of additional documents: We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. Help - Review of additional documents
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help - Interview
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Help - Biometrics
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help - Background check
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Can anyone help me with approx. how much longer it will take to get a PPR?

Hi Members,

I had received my AOR on January 11, 2018, the same day I submitted my application along with all documentation.

My current application status says:

• Medicals passed
• Background check in process
• No additional documents required

With the first two rounds of GCMS notes, the officers case notes mentioned that one of my work experiences required a further review as the job role was not clear.

Through the web form I have uploaded a revised document on April 3rd that clarifies the work experience.

On writing to the Ottawa office where the review of my application is taking place, I was responded to by a case officer mentioning that the document I had uploaded viathe web form has been uploaded for review.

It’s been almost six months since I applied and five months since there has been any status update. There was no difference in the two GCMS I received.

Could somebody help me in advising or by sharing a personal experience as to when I could expect the further review to commence.

Hey,

I suggest that you write to the Ottawa office again asking the details of your case and attaching the GCMS notes.

I got my AOR on Jan 6 and according to GCMS notes, the case officer and program assistant had ''Recommended Pass" for my case on Jan 31. After that, till May 10 there was no movement in my application at all. I wrote about this to the Ottawa office giving the below details and attaching the GCMS notes:

EE profile No:
UCI -
Date of birth :
Passport Number:
Stream : Federal skilled worker
I got the COPR within 4 days! So it is important to write and ask in case there is a problem or something so that they don't forget about your case.
